Terms and Conditions for White Lotus Purkul

Introduction
Welcome to White Lotus Purkul. By confirming a reservation at our exclusive homestay, you are thereby consenting to abide by the following terms and conditions, which are designed to guarantee a seamless, refined, and secure experience for all our esteemed guests.

Reservation Terms

1. Advance Booking:
• Guests are strongly encouraged to secure their reservations well in advance to ensure the availability of rooms and any bespoke services tailored to your unique preferences.

2. Advance Payment:
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to definitively secure your reservation.

3. Dynamic Rates:
• Room rates fluctuate in accordance with demand and availability. Once confirmed, the rate is irrevocably set. We regret that refunds cannot be issued due to price volatilityor factors beyond our control.

4. Taxes and Fees:
• All rates are subject to the relevant local taxes and statutory fees. Any changes mandated by governing bodies will be reflected in the final account balance.

5. Promotional Rates:
• Discounted and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be altered or rescinded once confirmed.

6. Reservation Modifications or Cancellations by White Lotus:
• White Lotus Purkul reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation in the event of fraudulent or incomplete information being provided.

7. Additional Services:
• A range of exclusive services (such as curated gourmet meals, personalized transport, intimate pergola dining, luxurious tented stays, and riverside tranquilityetc.) are available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost as deemed appropriate by White Lotus Management.

 

Occupancy Policy

1. Room Capacity:
• Each suite is meticulously designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.
• Extra beds may be arranged for additional guests at a supplementary charge, as determined by White Lotus Management.

2. Registered Guests Only:
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the rooms. Any additional visitors must receive prior approval from management.

 

Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy

1. Guest Cancellation Policy:
• 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment.
• 8 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance payment.
• 7 days or less before check-in: No refund will be issued.

2. Peak Season and Holiday Periods:
• Cancellations for Christmas, New Year, long weekends, or during peak seasons are non-refundable if made within 30 days of check-in.

3. Early Checkout:
• Guests who opt to depart prematurely will be charged for the entire duration of the original booking. Refunds will not be granted.

4. No-Show Policy:
• Failure to check-in without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment, and the reservation will be canceled.

 

Modification Policy

1. Modification Requests:
• Any request for modifications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Approval is subject to availability and the discretion of management.

2. Rebooking Rates:
• In the event of rebooking, prevailing rates will apply. Any discrepancy in the rates must be settled prior to confirmation.

 

Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Components:
• Taxes, transaction fees, and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Force Majeure:
• In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies, guests may be issued a credit voucher for a future stay in lieu of a refund.

 

Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods:
• We accept a range of prestigious payment options, including major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other approved digital payment channels.

2. Group Bookings:
• For group bookings (comprising 5 rooms), cancellations must be made at least 45 daysprior to check-in to qualify for a full refund.
